Owned and operated by Emma Boyer, Stage Left Dance is a premiere organization specializing in dance education.  Our instruction is tailored to provide an outstanding artisitic education for both students pursuing the serious study of the performing arts and for those enjoying dance as an extracurricular activity. Our mission is to create and mainting a safe and loving environment that encourages students the opportunity to grow, learn and succeed while being empowered to believe that anything is possible. We are committed to providing quality dance education to children in a manner that will not only develop technical ability, but also personal self-esteem.  In order to accomplish this end result, it is vital for all students, regardless of age or level of proficiency, be treated with equal care, dignity and respect.

Classes are offer, at both the recreational and competitive level, for dancers age 2 (creative movement) through adult, ranging in styles from Ballet and Lyrical, to Tap and Hip Hop. Male-Only Hip-Hop classes are offered on Saturdays for those young men who are interested in dance! Competition teams are also offered for students who want to take dance to the next level. Competition teams are offered in jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, & tap, depending on the age of the dancers. We value the opportunity to be part of each of our student's lives.  Along with providing the best possible dance training for each student, we encourage positive traits such as high morale, high self-esteem, self-pride, responsibility, self discipline, teamwork, concentration, perseverance and most importantly, the realization that if they work hard, they can achieve their goals.  Children should be exposed to high quality and excellence in all that they do.  They need to understand that success in anything lies in not always being the best, but in always doing your best.  We pride ourselves in bringing out the "Very Best" in each dancer.

Our faculty provides outstanding instruction in all disciplines of dance.  SLD  faculty members possess years of professional performing experience that enhances and develops our programs and curriculum.  All have extensive teaching experience and are continually increasing their knowledge through training, workshops, clinics and conventions.​​

All classes are instructed in a professionally equipped air conditioning facility with ballet barres, fully mirrored walls, floating hardwood floors and state-of-the-art sound systems. Our goal is to blend cutting-edge choreography while developing skill, poise and confidence in  a warm, friendly and positive atmosphere.
